Hey Church Members,
As we have weathered the ups and downs of Covid, many of us have become a bit lax in our health habits. We may have put on some extra pounds, slacked up on exercise, given little attention to drinking enough water, succumbed to stress and feelings of isolation – in general, lost focus on the need to take good care of ourselves.
Beginning on Sunday, March 6, from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. you are invited to attend the first of a series of “Live Well – Be Fit” health and wellness programs. Features will include fellowship and sharing time together, tools for implementing improved habits, encouraging testimonies, dealing with lifestyle struggles and triumphs -- including weight issues, food samples and recipes, helpful demonstrations and activities, and guides to tapping into spiritual empowerment.
Adults and youth are welcome to attend. Please feel free to invite your friends and neighbors to this free, “healthy life” promoting program to be held in our church fellowship hall.
