Breakfast Oatmeal Cake

 

Ingredients:

 

4 cups

Oatmeal

3 teaspoons

Baking Powder

1 teaspoon

Salt

2 teaspoons

Ground Cinnamon

3/4 cup

Brown Sugar

2 cups

Non-dairy Milk

3 Eggs

ENergG Egg Replacer or Flax Eggs

1/2 cup

Applesauce

 

Directions:

 

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

 

Notes:

 

Add dried fruit for a different twist.

Serve it with applesauce and/or a whipped topping to make it a real treat!
