Soy Oat Waffles

Blend the following mixture for several minutes while waffle iron is heating:
2 C water
1 C soaked soybeans (soak overnight)
1 ½ C oats (long cooking)
1 T oil
1 t. salt
Spray waffle iron with Pam.
Bake waffles for exactly 8 minutes.
Can freeze and reheat.
