Makes 2 servings
2 frozen bananas
1 ½ cups frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons almond or other nut or seed butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup or another sweetener
4-6 tablespoons almond milk or other plant-based milk (optional)
Combine bananas, raspberries, almond butter and syrup in a blender. Blend to a smooth creamy texture, scraping down the sides of the blender, if necessary. Add almond milk to achieve desired texture. Scoop mixture into a bowl, serve and enjoy!
