Homemade Vegan Mayo

Ingredients:
1/2 cup |
soy milk |
1/2 teaspoon |
sea salt |
1 teaspoon |
ground mustard |
2 teaspoons |
garlic powder |
2 teaspoons |
apple cider vinegar |
2 teaspoons |
agave syrup |
1 cup |
canola oil |
Directions:
1. Place soy milk, salt, mustard, garlic powder, vinegar, agave syrup in blender. Blend slow with the lid on.
2. Take out the middle cap of the blender lid while blender is still running. Slowly pour in canola oil. Place the lid on and blend until mayo is thick and creamy.
Makes 1 ½ cup
