Mexican Secret Sauce-Chipotle Mayo

1 Cup Veganaise* (any vegan or regular mayonnaise)
Lime Juice squeezed from 1 fresh lime
1/4 teaspoon Salt, to taste
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Smoked Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Chipotle Chili Pepper Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Start Conservatively with the spice, if concerned about heat. My family loves spicy.
You can also add 1-2 tablespoons of water if you want a thinner sauce.
1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Be conservative with the chipotle (you can always add more). Whisk until smooth with a fork or tiny whisk.
2. Taste and adjust heat, adding more if you like.
3. Store in a small jar in the fridge, or in a squirt bottle for easy use. Keeps up to 3 weeks.
