Tofu Base Vegan Mayo

Silken tofu (firm) 6 oz

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

½ cup soy milk

1 tbsp Onion powder

½ tsp Garlic powder

1 ½ tsp sea salt

1 tbsp lemon juice

 

Put all in blender on high and gradually add (dribble) ½ cup oil. When tunnel in center is gone that’s enough. Then refrigerate.
